Jewellery whispers aesthetics and sound. Ibrahim likes to integrate materials that will create sound when you wear them so as to hear fashion as well as see it when bodies move.

Spending time in Dubai, Beirut and Bahrain, the artist commonly saw belly dancers float through settings of celebration. Their metal coins wrapped around their hips making sounds to complement their moves. One evening, Ibrahim was watching a belly dancer entertain against a backdrop of the sea. In that moment, the ​Belly Dancer Range ​emerged, with her mind bringing to life a combination of seashells and coins to create this stunning set of pieces.
